Principal's Message

Welcome Back, Players, Coaches, and Agents!

We are excited to welcome everyone back to another incredible school year! I hope all our PCE families had a phenomenal summer and are ready to return for an even more amazing year ahead. I am beyond proud to return to Palm Cove Elementary as the principal of this wonderful school. As I begin my second year here, words cannot express how important and special Palm Cove has become to me. I LOVE OUR SCHOOL!

As we begin the 2025–2026 academic journey, I am proud to share that we have maintained our school’s B letter grade—a reflection of the hard work, dedication, and resilience of our entire school community. While our GOAL was to “Level Up” to an A, I am thankful that we were able to maintain our progress. However, this is not the end—we are still pursuing the A rating that we deserve. Palm Cove Elementary is on a MISSION!

This year, we are setting our sights even higher with our new school-wide theme:

Mission 520: Beyond B to A — Attitudes, Actions, Achievements.

This mission represents our collective drive to move beyond good to great, focusing on the mindset we bring, the choices we make, and the results we achieve together.

Last year brought many great successes, and we are committed to continuing that momentum. With unwavering determination and a shared vision, we know that reaching our “A” school grade is not only a goal within our reach, but also our EXPECTATION.

Let’s make this year one of growth, excellence, and celebration. Together, we will go Beyond B to A and exceed expectations!

Dear Palm Cove Families,

Welcome to an exciting new school year! I’m honored to serve as your Assistant Principal and eager to join you on our shared journey toward growth, excellence, and success.

Throughout my career—as a 2nd, 4th, and 5th grade teacher, a K–5 math coach, and an instructional facilitator with Broward County’s School Transformation Office (STO)—each role deepened my commitment to equity, high expectations, and student achievement. I believe in the potential of every child, and I’m passionate about helping both students and teachers reach new heights.

This year, our work is guided by Mission 520: Beyond B to A — Attitude, Actions, Achievement. Together, we will focus on cultivating a positive attitude, taking purposeful actions, and celebrating achievements in every classroom and across our entire school community. We will continue to prioritize academic excellence, strong character, and a positive school culture. Our students will be challenged, supported, and celebrated. Our families will be welcomed as partners. And our staff will be empowered to grow, lead, and inspire.

To our students: your attitude shapes your journey. Approach each day ready to learn, grow, and take purposeful action toward your goals.
